Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of +BMB ROYALE (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"). By creating an account, linking Discord, or joining the community you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. The Service is for business education and is not directed to children.

2. What the Service is

A game-style education and community experience for agency owners, delivered through our website, a Skool community, a Discord server, and email/SMS from us. Features, ranks, levels and "seasons" are part of the experience and can change.

3. Accounts and linking

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Provide accurate information. Linking Discord connects your Discord ID, username and avatar to your profile and lets our bot assign roles and post your public stats if you use game commands.

4. Ranks, wins and verification

Ranks are earned through verified wins and cannot be bought. You agree that any invoice, screenshot or result you submit is genuine, unaltered by AI or editing (other than redacting private details), and yours to share. We may reject, remove or reverse a win, and remove ranks, for any submission we believe is false. Fraud can lead to removal without refund.

5. Community conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and Discord's and Skool's own terms. We may mute, remove or ban members who break the rules.

6. Paid membership (Battle Pass)

The paid tier is governed by the Subscription & Refund Terms.

7. No guarantee of results

See the Earnings & Results Disclaimer. We do not guarantee any income, client, revenue or outcome. Your results depend on your effort, skill, market and many factors outside our control.

8. Not professional advice

Content is general education. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical or mental-health advice. Body and Mind check-ins are habit tracking only. See the Wellbeing Notice.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its branding, design and content, except content you submit. You keep ownership of what you submit and give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use it to run the Service, including showing your name, rank and win amount on leaderboards and kill-feed posts if you opt in. +BMB ROYALE is an original experience and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any video game publisher or brand. You may not copy, resell or share paid course material.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on Discord, Skool, HighLevel and other providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

11. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, optional phone number, region, game mode, squad.
• Discord data (via Discord login): Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the servers list only to check admin permissions. We never see your Discord password.
• Game data: check-ins, streaks, ranks, verified wins, lesson progress.
• Body and Mind check-ins: self-reported habit counts and a feeling rating. This may be considered health-related data in some states. It is optional, private to you, shown to staff only as anonymous averages, never used for ads, and never sold.
• Win proof: invoice screenshots you upload. Redact client names and contact details before uploading.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To run the game and community, sync your profile between the website, Discord and our CRM, verify wins, send the emails and texts you agreed to, provide support, secure the Service and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us: HighLevel (CRM, email, SMS), Discord, Skool, our hosting provider, and [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. We don't sell your personal information and don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you opt in to appear on leaderboards, other members can see your display name, rank and region.

Email and SMS

Marketing email and SMS are sent only with your consent, which is separate from account creation and never required to use the Service. Unsubscribe in any email or reply STOP to any text. SMS consent is never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Retention

We keep account and game data while your account is active and for [RETENTION PERIOD] after, unless the law requires longer. Win-proof images are deleted [30] days after verification.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and the EEA/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict use of your data, to withdraw consent, and to appeal our decision. In the Discord server use /forgetme to delete your data across the site, bot and CRM, or sign in and use "Download my data". You can also email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We make no promise or guarantee of income or results. Any win, revenue figure, rank, screenshot, case study or testimonial shown on this site, in Discord, in Skool, or in our emails is an example of one member's result. It is not typical and is not a prediction of what you will earn.

• Most people who take any course or join any community do not earn the amounts shown, and some earn nothing.
• Your outcome depends on your skills, effort, offer, market, pricing, capital, time and luck.
• Leaderboards and kill-feed posts show only members who chose to submit and publish a verified win. They don't represent all members.
• "Verified" means we checked the submitted proof of payment to the best of our ability. It does not mean the member's results came from the program, and it is not an audit.

SMS Terms

Program: +BMB ROYALE match reminders and account alerts from [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. Messages: reminders about check-ins, deadlines and updates; frequency varies, up to [8] per week. Msg & data rates may apply.

By checking the SMS box on our sign-up form and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the Service.

• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email [SUPPORT EMAIL].
• We send messages only between 8am and 9pm in your local time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We don't sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Refund Terms

Battle Pass: $247 per month. Your card is charged $247 today and then every month on the same date until you cancel. Taxes may apply.

• Cancel any time from your account page or by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancelling is as easy as signing up. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• We email a reminder [before each annual renewal / when terms change]. [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM state auto-renewal notice rules, e.g. California.]

Community Guidelines

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or doxxing.
• No spam, unsolicited promotion, or invite links.
• No scams, fake wins, or edited/AI-generated invoices. Redact client details only.
• Don't share paid course material or other members' private information.
• No adult content, illegal activity or anything that endangers others.
• Don't give regulated advice (legal, tax, medical) as if you're a professional.
• Mods may remove content, mute, kick or ban at their discretion. Appeal by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Wellbeing Notice

Body and Mind check-ins are habit tracking, not medical or mental health care. We are not doctors, therapists or counselors. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your exercise, nutrition or medication.

Your Body and Mind meters only go up, never down, and are not tied to your rank or to payment.
